Drainage is one of the most cost-effective uses of Non Woven Geo Textile. The fabric lets water pass through while holding back soil — preventing clogging of drainage stone, drain pipes and weep holes.
Retaining wall drainage: wrap the drainage stone column behind the wall with Non Woven Geo Textile. Water seeps through the fabric, into the stone and out through weep holes, while soil stays in place. Prevents hydrostatic pressure buildup and protects the wall.
Sub-surface drains: French drains, edge drains and perforated pipe drains all benefit from a Non Woven Geo Textile wrap around the aggregate. Long-term performance improves dramatically because soil fines do not migrate into the drain.
Slope drainage: Non Woven Geo Textile combined with drainage geocomposite or a drainage core handles in-plane flow on inclined surfaces, used in podium gardens, landscaped slopes and behind tall retaining walls.
Landfill leachate collection: Non Woven Geo Textile filters leachate before it enters collection pipes, extending pipe life and reducing maintenance.
Auroguard supplies drainage-grade Non Woven Geo Textile (150 to 300 g/m²) with apparent opening size matched to your soil grading.
