Salient Features

THE DRUM
The feature include a large diameter frum, blending action betwen drum contour and broad central cone with specially shaed mixing blades to ensure a thorough unsegregated mix, wet or dry, in the least possible time. The Drum has a guaranteed 10 per cent over load capacity.

CHASIS
Robustly constructed of heavy steel section to withstand continuous hard and rough use and mounted on 4 C.I. wheel and having a draw bar with swivelling arrangement.

LOADING HOPPER
Built of heavy gauge steel sheet fabricated to give the powerful conical form. Hydraulically operated by a heavy duty Piston and Cylinder with manual control valve.

HOUSING & GUARDS
The Prime mover and all the moving and wearing parts are fully covered in a heavy guage steel sheet housing to guard the entry of water and abrasives. The housing has locking arrangement. A seperate tool box has also been provided for keeping the service-tool.

HOIST TROLLEY
Made out of heavy gauge steel sheet and guided through the mast by Rollers.

TOWER
Made out of ISMC 100x50 mm provided upto a height of 16 mtr. And procided with angle tie to be supported with column at every 2 mtr.

TRANSMISSION
By steel bushed and roller chains throughout.

Concrete Mixture

The concrete mixer manufactured by us consist with hopper fed, tilling drum type, mounted on fabricated chassis, fitted with 4 C.I. Wheels / Pneumatic wheels, draw bar & swiveling arrangement driven by 6-HP Kirloskar air cooled diesel engine/6-HP Kirloskar or Crompton electric motor, mounted on all side cover housing with locking arrangement.

Concrete Weigh Batcher

Concrete weigh batcher that we manufacture is the double bucket scale type concrete batcher having capacity of 220 Kgs on each bucket, for coarse and fine aggregate with side discharge gate opening directly into feed hooper of 10/7 cft capacity. Concrete mixer avoids slippage and is highly durable.

Reversible Concrete Mixer with Electronic Batcher

Reverse concrete mixer with electronic batcher is designed as based on electric signals when the feed hopper is lowered into the loading position then it rests precisely against a electronic load-cell/cells located on the hopper frame. A LCD screen gives the operator a progressive readout and a 3 Bin Hopper with independent compartments are supplied if required. Every bin rests against an electronic load cell and the readings are shown separately for each Bin.
