Concrete Weigh Batcher

Concrete weigh batcher that we manufacture is the double bucket scale type concrete batcher having capacity of 220 Kgs on each bucket, for coarse and fine aggregate with side discharge gate opening directly into feed hooper of 10/7 cft capacity. Concrete mixer avoids slippage and is highly durable.

MACHANISM
Cantilever mechanism with scale fitted counter balanced free floating arms and leverages provided with special one Kgms scale and marker piece. 1 cm. from the scale denoted 1 Kg.

MOUNTING
The complete unit is mounted on steel chassis with 4 box type mild steel wheels and tow bar.
